WRIGHT CITY — Five years after the shocking discovery of a woman's torso at a rest stop off Interstate 70, most of the new leads in the case come from other law enforcement agencies to a Teletype machine at the Warren County Sheriff's Department.
Lt. Scott Schoenfeld has gone through hundreds of the missing persons reports, and about three times a year, some comparative DNA testing is done, but so far none has matched the dismembered remains found dumped near the back of a picnic area on June 28, 2004.
